Anthony (Tony) received his Bachelor's degree in History from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 1996, and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1999. He was certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2000, and as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2002. He has been a co-owner of BSMART since ints inception in 2000. He is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys opportunities he has to expand his vocabulary as he works with his Spanish-speaking patients. He and his wife, Angela, are the parents of four children, whom he has loved raising in Bakersfield. His hobbies include baseball and American history.
Darin Siebert
DPT, Northwest Clinic
Darin Siebert served in the United States Navy from 1988 to 1994. He received his Bachelor's degree in Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University (SDSU) in 1996, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1999. He was certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2000, and as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2002. He has been a co-owner of BSMART since its inception in 2000. He is an avid lover of cats and coffee.
Cory Frehner
DPT, Northwest Clinic
Cory Frehner received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 1999, his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from UNLV in 2001, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UNLV in 2007. He became interested in physical therapy after a baseball injury in high school. Cory ahs been working in an outpatient orthopedic setting for over 15 years adn has been co-owner of BSMART since 2009. He has been married to his wife, Katie, since 1995, and has three children (Peyton, Emma, and Kevin). Cory enjoys running, working out, playing softball, and watching the Dodgers.
Adam Ricks
DPT, Southwest Clinic
Adam Ricks received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 2010, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University of Long Beach (CSULB) in 2015. He chose to become a physical therapist to help people better understand how their bodies work and what tehy can do to optimize their funiction and obtain a better quality of life. He has experience working in orthopedic and neurological settings. He has been married to his wife, Mindy, since 2008, and has three children (Sadie, Hailey, and Aiden). His main hobby is spending time with his family. Additionally, he enjoys running, swimming, surfing, reading, and working as a physical therapist.
